Toll Collect collaborated with adesso to develop a new Web portal in order to become even more customer-friendly. Toll Collect particularly benefitted from the proximity of the IT services company, which has a site in Berlin.
Better service for toll customers with a new company portal
Working on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Berlin-based Toll Collect operates a satellite-based system for collecting tolls from HGVs using German motorways. The company employs around 580 people at its Berlin headquarters and its sites in Langenhagen (Hannover), Nuremberg, Pforzheim, Potsdam and Wuppertal.
Result
Toll Collect’s customers and partners now have a wide range of easy-to-use online services at their disposal. For example, they can view all their data in one place, update their vehicle details with just a few clicks and quickly register new vehicles.
